Furano
Overview
If you are looking for cruisy trails, beautiful views and high speed lifts, Furano is for you. You will experience perfectly groomed trails allowing high-speed carving turns and the odd mogul run. There are 25 kilometres of runs, including a 4km long beginners run.
Furano is a powder skiing mecca, and usually receives an average 8 metres of the lightest, driest snow each ski season, yet has more blue sky sunny days than any other resort in Hokkaido.

Fly into Asahikawa Airport, 44 kms north of Furano or New Chitose Airport 128 kms southwest of Furano.
