SilverStar

Tucked in British Columbia’s Okanagan, SilverStar is a colourful ski-in, ski-out village that feels like stepping into a storybook. With dry Okanagan powder, varied terrain across four mountain faces, and no shortage of charm, it’s a mountain that keeps both skiers and boarders smiling. Families love the safe, vibrant village, while thrill-seekers head straight for the legendary back side steeps.

SilverStar is where big-mountain adventure meets intimate village community.

Overview

Overview

SilverStar offers over 3,200 acres of skiable terrain with 132 runs spread across four distinct mountain faces. Beginners and families will love the gentle groomers and wide-open spaces on the front side, while experts head to the back side for some of the best steep and deep runs in the region. With an average snowfall of 7 metres, this is champagne powder country, and it rarely disappoints. The resort is serene, it’s incredible, and you will feel like you have it all to yourself.

The resort’s ski-in, ski-out village is famous for its candy-coloured buildings, giving it a fun, welcoming vibe that’s just as enjoyable off the slopes as on. The village is mid-mountain meaning every morning starts straight on the skis (not walking). With a great mix of restaurants, cafés, bars, and off-mountain activities – like tubing, ice skating, and snowshoeing – SilverStar makes it easy to fill your days with more than just skiing. The friendly, local feel is a big part of what makes this mountain a Canadian favourite.
