Myoko Kogen

Myoko Kogen is one of Japan’s oldest ski areas combining three different ski resorts. It is renowned for some of the best ski runs in Japan with its longest run covering 8.5km. The resort’s rich history and culture means you will experience a true Japanese styled ski resort.

With 40 lifts operating and an average snow fall of 13 meters at Myoko Kogen you will have no problem finding fresh powder in this terrain. Off the slopes you will be able to find a variety of bars and restaurants; it isn’t difficult to be immersed into the local culture at this resort.

Getting There

Myoko Kogen is 3-5 hours travel time from Tokyo depending upon transportation used. Fly into Narita or Haneda Airport and either transfer directly or stay in Tokyo before heading out to the resort via bullet train, taxi, or bus.
