Forty-six countries. It started with a working holiday in Thailand and never really stopped. Rhiannon joined Travel & Co in 2024 bringing over 20 years of travel industry experience across retail, online, commercial, and operations — but the number that tells her story best is that passport stamp count, with Japan next on the list.

She’s not just well-travelled in the comfortable sense either. Rhiannon has trekked the Inca Trail, explored Petra, wandered Angkor Wat, stood on Easter Island, and discovered the Galápagos. These are the kinds of experiences that shape how someone thinks about travel — less about ticking boxes, more about genuinely understanding what makes a trip matter.

Outside of work, she’s outdoors with her daughter, working her land, or out on the Mangawhai harbour doing Waka Ama. The common thread? Someone who shows up fully, whatever she’s doing.
