Growing up with Rob and Sheree as your parents, a love for snow holidays was never really optional — and Lucy has leaned into that fully. From Big White and Panorama to Banff Sunshine, Lake Louise, Crested Butte, Steamboat, and Winter Park, she’s built up a resort list that most seasoned skiers would envy, with memorable stopovers in Vancouver along the way.

At Travel & Co, Lucy is the person who makes sure everything actually happens. Campaigns, events, brand activations — she’s across the logistics, the details, and the follow-through with a calm, can-do attitude that makes her an absolute asset behind the scenes. The kind of person who quietly ensures nothing falls through the cracks.

When she’s not in the office, she’s studying law and marketing at the University of Auckland full time — because apparently keeping Travel & Co’s marketing engine running wasn’t quite enough of a challenge. She stays active through regular gym sessions and sport, very much following the family tradition of never sitting still for long.
