Isabella brings an infectious love for winter travel, genuine customer care, and a world of first-hand experience to every snow holiday she creates. The passion for travel quickly turned into a Travel & Tourism Diploma and a career that has taken her across the globe and onto the slopes of some of the most iconic ski destinations.
While working in the snowsports team at Coronet Peak she was inspired to experience a true ski-in/ski-out lifestyle. That’s when Big White in Canada became home. She spent two back-to-back northern winters there, fully immersing herself in life on the mountain.
During her time in Canada, Isabella explored a wide range of destinations and resorts, including Sun Peaks, SilverStar, Revelstoke, Banff, Lake Louise, Sunshine Village, Jasper and Marmot Basin. Beyond the slopes she’s ventured to Niagara Falls, Toronto, Ottawa and Montréal, all adding depth to her knowledge of Canadian winter.

Back in the southern hemisphere, she has completed five consecutive winter seasons, including three in the Southern Alps between Coronet Peak and Cardrona, giving her a strong understanding of New Zealand’s snow scene.

Her travels don’t stop there either. Isabella has explored Europe extensively, from summer adventures with Contiki to visits across Greece, Italy, Switzerland, France, Croatia, Ireland, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, and the UK. She has also visited Disneyland multiple times – Anaheim, Paris, and her former workplace in Florida, cementing her status as a true Disney expert. Hawaii remains one of her top repeat destinations, along with Los Angeles, New York, and Australia.

Isabella loves helping people craft holidays as special as the ones she’s taken herself, combining energy with practical, lived experience. She believes travel should be filled with excitement from the moment you check in at the airport, and she brings that same feeling into every itinerary she designs.
