Accommodation

The West Building offers reasonably priced accommodation with a relaxed,  atmosphere — perfect for groups and families looking to kick back after a big day on the mountain. Guests staying in the West Building have exclusive access to the covered open-air shared bath, a spectacular way to unwind and soak away tired muscles while gazing out over beautiful snow-covered vistas. Additional amenity items are also available to guests via the Amenity Bar located near reception adding a convenient self-service touch. With ski-in/ski-out access right at the door, it’s a practical and comfortable base for a ski holiday.

Each room features four single beds arranged along the walls, which can double as couches during the day — perfect for groups hanging out between runs.  The shower room and toilet are separate within the room, offering a practical layout that works well when sharing with family or friends.

Ideally positioned at the foot of the Yakebitaiyama Ski Resort, the Shiga Kogen Prince Hotel East Building combines attentive service with an elegant atmosphere. Every room enjoys stunning slope-side and mountain views through large picture windows, filled with natural light throughout the day. All rooms come equipped with Japanese bathrobes, a flat-screen TV, private ensuite bathroom, small fridge, and tea and coffee facilities. Each room also features a comfortable lounge or dining space — whether a sofa and armchairs or armchairs around a table — giving you the perfect spot to relax and take in the view after a day on the slopes.
